Vendors may set up the Wednesday before show

Vendors may camp with their parts at all shows. No Additional Charge unless you need electric. If you do, tell Erik when you make reservations.

There is a $10 fee per day charge for electric spots if available

Vendor spots are 15 x 20 for $30.00  or 15 x 40 for $60.00 for a pull through spot for the whole weekend. There is an additional fee for power spots.  There are showers and bath houses. Great Food each day. Reserve your vendor spots early for the best spots.

The entire Vendor Area is fenced in by chain link fence. There is only 1 walk through entrance and there is a gate at the vendor entrance. There is plenty of parking for both vendors as well as spectators.  The food vendors as well as the bathrooms are located in the fenced in vendor area.

 

 

Vendor area A is located by the Walk In Entrance for spectators as well as next to both the Cruise In Parking and Spectator Parking. It is a highly visible area for guests parking and entering the fairgrounds.

Spots A 1 and A 2 are next to the chain link fence and are 7 feet wide and 50 feet long each and are the most visible. They are NOT power spots nor will you be able to park a truck or trailer in them.

Spots A 3&4, A 5&6 and A 7&8 are only sold as double spots and they are 15 feet wide and 40 feet long. They are POWER SPOTS and you may park a truck and/or trailer in them.

Spots A 9&10 and A 11&12 are only sold as double spots and they are 15 feet wide and 50 feet long. They are POWER SPOTS and you may park a truck and/or trailer in them.

Vendor Row B is located on the front road and inside the chain link fence surrounding the vendor area. Being on the front road these are highly visible areas to those first entering the fairgrounds.

Spot B 1 is 16 feet wide and 30 feet deep. It is a POWER SPOT

Spots B 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 are 20 feet wide and 30 feet deep and are POWER SPOTS

Spots B 9, 10 and 11 are 20 feet wide and 35 feet deep and are POWER SPOTS

Spots B 12 and 13 are 20 feet wide and 40 feet deep and are POWER SPOTS

Spot B 14 is a corner spot and is aprox 33 feet by 33 feet and is a POWER SPOT

 

Vendor Row C is located on the front road and is the area that is right in front of spectators when they walk in the gate. These spots can be double deep spots 'pull through' (15 feet wide x 40 feet deep) with the exception of spots C33 and C35 which are singles (15 feet wide x 20 feet deep). The X-ed out area on the map is a small building where the Calendar Girls will be as well as info on upcoming Car Shows. There are permanent signs in front of that building that are also a bit into the spots on either side of the building. There is also a permanent sign located in front of the middle of spots 26 and 28 - these are located on the map. Vendor Area C has no power in it.

 

Vendor Row D 1-38 These spots can be purchased singles (15' wide x 20 feet deep) or as a back to back double spot (15 feet wide x 40 feet deep) that can be 'pull through'. There is power near the end of the road closest to the food so spots D 29&30, D 31&32, D 33&34, D 35&36 and D 37&38 are POWER SPOTS. Bring a 50' extension cord with you.

 

Vendor Row E Spots 1-38 These spots can be purchased as singles (15' wide x 20 feet deep) or as a back to back double spot (15 feet wide x 40 feet deep) that can be 'pull through'. 

Spots E 39, 40 and 41 are each single spots 15 feet wide and 20 feet deep

Vendor Row F Spots 1-42 These spots can be purchased as singles (15' wide x 20 feet deep) or as a back to back double spot (15 feet wide x 40 feet deep) that can be 'pull through'. The exceptions are F 10 and F43 which are single spots. There is a large power supply in Spot F9 (marked with an X on the map) So spots F 3&4, F 5&6, F 7&8, F10, F 11&12, F 13&14 and F 15&16 are POWER SPOTS Bring a 50' extension cord with you.

Vendor Row G Spots 1-38 These spots can be purchased as singles (15' wide x 20 feet deep) or as a back to back double spot (15 feet wide x 40 feet deep) that can be 'pull through'. Spot G 39 is only a single spot 15 feet wide and 20 feet deep.

Vendor Row H Spots 1-34 These spots can be purchased as singles (15' wide x 20 feet deep) or as a back to back double spot (15 feet wide x 40 feet deep) that can be 'pull through'. Spot H 35 is only a single spot 15 feet wide and 20 feet deep.

Vendor Row I Spots 1-32 These spots can be purchased as singles (15' wide x 20 feet deep) or as a back to back double spot (15 feet wide x 40 feet deep) that can be 'pull through'. 

Vendor Row J Spots 1-30 These spots can be purchased as singles (15' wide x 20 feet deep) or as a back to back double spot (15 feet wide x 40 feet deep) that can be 'pull through'. 

Vendor Row K Spots 1-22 These spots can only be purchased a back to back double spot (15 feet wide x 40 feet deep) but they are not 'pull through'. 

Vendor Row L Spots 1-22 These spots can only be purchased a back to back double spot (15 feet wide x 40 feet deep) but they are not 'pull through'. There are some nice shade trees in this area and this row is located on the gravel road.

RV Spots 14 - 37 are full hookups. As you can see from the map they are not pull though spots and although some will be very accessable to pull into from the 40 foot wide rows between vendors others will not be. You will be assigned a RV spot based on your arrival and departure date to make things easier on you as well as the vendors around you. Full hook up RV spots are $30 per night. Selling spots are additional.
